Refund and Pre-order Cancellation policy

 

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since your purchase has arrived, we can’t offer you a full refund, please be sure to check your product when it arrives.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If there is a defect you must report this to us within 14 days of receiving your product, this is becuase manufacturers only hold so many replacements / parts for figures, once this has run out there are no longer any replacements / parts which is why we encourage you to inspect your figures and statues.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your return must arrive back to us within 14 days of notifying us.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account or credit card, within a certain amount of days (usually this is 5 working days).

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

 

Pre-order cancellations

You have the right to cancel a pre-order, any pre-order cancellation will have a 15% fee deducted from the refund (or the deposit is non refundable).

Please only place pre-orders you wish to keep, all cancellations costs us money and in some cases may cost us more than 15% so we ask that you’re absolutely sure you wish to commit to keeping your pre-order. To cancel your pre-order, please contact us via the contact form with your order number.

IMPORTANT: We ask that you contact us in the event of cancelling a pre-order, failure to contact us more than two times will result in an account closure. It only takes a minute to drop us a message with your order number and a request to cancel. Please let us know, we are a small independent family run website and these losses are taken on by us.

 

Exchanges

If your product is from Good Smile Company and it arrived damaged or has missing parts you may contact them here for a replacement

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via our contact form and we’ll arrange a replacement from the distributor, please note this may take 2 weeks or longer in some cases to arrive.

 

International orders

International parcels may be subject to import fees, these are payable by yourself, please check your local customs laws to see what these charges are. Please be aware that AniFigz have no control over your countries import laws.
Any returned parcels where postage isn’t payed for re-shipment will be classed as a pre-order cancellation and be refunded (minus 15% cancellation charge) for the product only, postage costs are non refundable as these have already been payed for by AniFigz.

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: AniFigz, SureStore, Gallan Park, Watling Street, Cannock, WS11 0XG

For unwanted goods you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
