Per-orders are placed for you, by purchasing the pre-order, you agree to keep and pay any balances that may be due within 14 days of release.

Pre-orders can be cancelled at a fee of 15% (15% deducted from fully paid orders / deposit non refundable)

We accept deposit payments at 15%, these are non refundable.

Balance payments must be completed within 14 days of pre-order release, an email will be sent notifying you along with a balance payment request.

Dates change often, usually a few months but rarely some scales can be delayed 6-12 months. This is common in the figure collecting industry and not something AniFigs has control over.

An email will be sent at the end of each month regarding any date changes.

Don’t see a product here and its been announced? Please allow us some time to list the product, sometimes there is a delay between manufacturer > distributor > AniFigz. If there is a product you wish to buy and don’t see it, please let us know, we have access to the Japanese and European distribution market.

If the product hasn’t been distributed/manufactured by Good Smile, please contact us right away.
We recommended that you open the product and check its condition promptly after purchase or arrival.

Have you changed your address recently and have pre-orders with us? You must contact us immediately after changing your address to ensure your parcel gets delivered successfully.

Open orders such as pre-orders are placed and saved, they cannot be edited automatically and require us to load in your new address from your account.

We cannot be held responsible for any shipments sent to the incorrect address, if you are planning to move within a few months of pre-order release, please let us know and we will reach out if a pre-order arrives early to ensure it is shipped to the correct address.

International pre-orders and in stock products are shipped together, please make separate orders if you want your in stock products to be shipped right away. This also applies to pre-orders, as dates can vary we will ship all pre-orders together unless either postage is paid or orders are split.

International parcels may be subject to import fees, these are payable by yourself, please check your local customs laws to see what these charges are. Please be aware that AniFigz have no control over your countries import laws.
Any returned parcels where postage isn’t payed for re-shipment will be classed as a pre-order cancellation and be refunded (minus 15% cancellation charge) for the product only, postage costs are non refundable as these have already been payed for by AniFigz.

UK orders will be partially shipped if they contain pre-orders and in stock products, you will be notified via email on any partially shipped products.
